Episode 10 - Students of Life

In this episode, we discuss the many different perspectives an educator can embody simultaneously and the value of embracing a mindset for lifelong learning as an educator in a traditional school system.
Join Mihai Covaser and Amarinder Mehta as they discuss what it means to be at once an educator, a parent, and a person with disabilities and how those varied experiences translate into the classroom setting. They break apart the role of the teacher into three key components - the teacher as an advocate/activist, the teacher as a caretaker, and the teacher as a learner - and provide resources for educators to familiarize themselves with the idea of lifelong learning.
